Next:  Networking & Sharing: can ping - but Offline Files doesn't 'see the file server'

Post subject: Runtime Error - IE7 Add to elertz
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>vista>networking_sharing (more info?)
I am getting error message as follows:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplorer.exe
Abnormal program termination.

I disabled all add-ons but to no avail.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
