Post subject: Repair reinstall??

Hi Guys,
I have Vista Home Premium pre-installed on an Acer Aspire. Widows is running slower and slower and it has been suggested that a reinstall of Windows is the only way forward. How can I reinstall when I have a pre-installed version - i.e. no discs??

Any help greatly appreciated.
