I hope someone can help. I have tried many times to do a backup and each time
it tells me to put a blank disc in the drive I do that and it keeps saying
put a blank disc in the drive over and over until I finally hit cancel. I
have tried DVD-R's, DVD-RW's, CD-R's and CD-RW's. Drive E, the drive shows up
in my computer. I checked Device Manager and it says the drivers are up to
date. What can I do? Please help!
thanks Linda

No, no error message it just says over and over "please put a disc in the
drive" I finally gave up and subscribed to Carbonite to do backups but I need
to figure out what is wrong with the drive so I can use the darn thing.
Thanks for your help!
