Hi, I have a piece of paper stuck in my HP Desk Jet 970CSe printer. It
started printing and stopped about half way through. I cannot get the paper
to come out. Any ideas. Thanks

Take your printer back to the store,
One of their technicians should be able to fix it.
If it's still under warrantee it should cost you nothing.

Have a look at these two documents on the HP support page for your
printer:

I suggest you print them out (if you have a functional printer that is
<g>) -- the first one is nicely illustrated and the second suggests a
sequence that is far from obvious.

could be useful to check out after you get it working.
