Does IE7 come with Outlook Express?
I'm truly frustrated with WM. It doesn't appear to be working. I was hoping
to use Outlook but it seems that Outlook Express is the only one I can find
on the net (MS Marketplace) that can be downloaded. Unfortunately, after
downloading, I discovered that it can't be installed due to it being an
older version (the computer tells me I have a newer version of IE and that
it can't install the program). Since I don't see Outlook Express on my
computer, I tried to download IE (I think it was version 7). The computer
told me I already have IE7 and wouldn't let me download it.

I suspect that some versions of IE7 come with Outlook Express, but not
the one that comes as part of Vista.
Also, Outlook Express won't install or run under Vista.
Outlook Express is not a version of Outlook. Versions 2003
and more recent of Outlook run well under Vista; versions
2000 and 2002 will run under Vista, but with problems.
Outlook comes in some, but not all, versions of Microsoft
Office:
If you want to try out a different email/newsreader program similar
to Outlook Express, one that will run under Vista is Windows Live
Mail (not to be confused with Windows Live Messenger or any other
programs in the Windows Live family):
