Click the Start button and, in the search box, type: 'sidebar' without the
quotes and press Enter. If you get the same error message, go through the
procedure again only this time look at the top of the search list. Under
Programs you should see 'Windows Sidebar' Right click on this and, from the
drop down menu, click on 'run as administrator'
