Are you using any old Expression Studio product (such ver 1.0 of Web,
Blend etc)
or
Visual Studio 2005 or SP1

no...nothing. As mentioned, clean install of Vista Home Premium and Office
2007 PROFessional. Nothing else on PC apart from Printer driver (HP) and all
Windows Updates (SP1 and a heap of hotfixes and security updates) and Office
Updates (SP1 for Office 2007 and some hotfixes)....
Odd I think....! I can see no reason for an Office 2003 Update as being an
IMPORTAN T update.

and rescan for new ones, it is not there!

did/didn't get installed, then you don't have a problem.
