I have 2 graphics cards in my computer, one a Nvidia 9600GT which goes to my
22 inch monitor, and an ATI X1550 which goes to a 15 inch monitor. I do this
so i can keep open programs like aim on my small monitor but still be able to
play games on the 22 inch without losing any performance. In XP all i had to
do was install my nvidia drivers and then my ATI drivers and I was good to
go, is there any way to do this in Vista??

You've said that multiple times now, we get it. What you don't get is you
only need one graphics card to do that, that's why the card has 2 monitor
connections on it, having a separate card for each monitor is not going to
gain you any performance over a single card driving both monitors.
