I just want to be sure about it before I install Windows Vista Ultimate on my
computer. Thank you in advance.
Say I install Windows Vista on my desktop and I have activated it.
Later I have problem with my pc and need to be formatted again. Say within
30minutes after activation. So, I format again and again need to be activated.
So, will I be allowed to activate it again?
What I want to know is that can I format how many times I want my pc and
activate without any problems?

Yes you can activate again.
No, not forever.
Eventually you will need to phone Activate.
And even then Eventually they will stop believing you need to format every
day.
