IE7 & print w/distiller prohibits saving .PDF to Documents..

When I need to print a receipt from a vendor I purchase from on the
internet, using IE7 & Vista, I use Adobe Acrobat Distiller and try to
save to Documents folder (or subfolder). Error message tells me that due
to security issues the file is saved to Temp Internet Files folder
instead. When I locate that Temp folder, file isn't there or viewable. I
just want to save the .PDF to my documents folder as a .pdf. What
security issues can I look at and change that would allow me to save to
where I want and not to Temp Internet Files? Does it have to do with
IE7's Protected Mode? or UAC? or can I change another setting somewhere?
