Help C&C The First Decade

Ive installed all the games. But out of all the games I cant play RA2,
RA2 Yuri's Revenge and the Tiberian Sun ones, they just wont load or start up.

I get this Message when i try to play RA2,RA2 Yuri's Revenge,
***FATAL*** String Manger failed to initilaized properly.

For Tiberian Sun i get this Message, One or More DLL files were missing or damage. Please reinstall. I did restall and tried to fix it, nothing still happens.

My Operating System is Windows Vista. Type of computer i use is HP.
