Look to see if you have 2 identical accounts set up... if so, delete one.

If you are using Windows Mail you could try the following. Go to: Tools ->
Accounts -> Double Click on the mail account you are using -> Advanced tab.
Look down at 'Leave a copy of message on server'. If the box is checked,
that might be the problem.

One possibility is that your one account is corrupted. One thing
you might try as a possible quick fix is to delete that corrupted
account, restart Windows Mail, then recreate that mail account.
If that doesn't fix it, more drastic measures will have to be taken.
