After having updated a game, the game will not start now due tio a missing
file called D3DX9_32.dll. I can't find it with a search either. Is this a
DirectX file? I've had trouble trying to reinstall DirectX. It won't
reinstall. Says something about Cryptographic Services needing to be enabled
which they are. They are set to Automatic.

I have had something similar on XP, turned out I needed to update my
DirectX. Not sure how up to date you would be on Vista though, I thought it
already had the newest version?

On the game's CD there will be a DirectX setup application, failing that
visit www.microsoft.com/directx and download the latest version of 9.
