Jukka, have u ever used the Windows Media Player's rip function? if you
do then try to change the "rip music location"
Open Windows Media Player-rip-more options-rip music

If I remember right, "My music" is in XP and earlier versions.
This topic is under "Windows Vista Finding and Organizing Files", and in
Vista it is just "Music". MS dropped the "My" from all folders of the
personal folder, e.g., "My documents" is now just "Documents".

Yup. "My Music" in Vista is just a shortcut. You called that
shortcut "Music": "Oddly I have a "Music" folder..."

I have no "My Music" anywhere in my Vista. Not as a folder or a link. I
thought in Vista all those "My"s where dropped from the user's folder's
names. I also have no My Documents or My Pictures.
Maybe there are differences between versions or something.
