None. The built-in defrag works just fine, and completely invisibly. Also,
it is designed not to mess with the file placement algorithms Vista uses to
speed up start times.

What's wrong with the one in Vista already? Nothing, and it runs in the
background on schedule so you don't ever need to be concerned about defrag
in Vista. But if you must play program manager then Piriform, the makers of
CCleaner have a free defrag utility that is quite good.

Good point. It is probably detrimental to use 3rd party defrag on Vista for
this reason unless they use the Vista file layout and not their own.
