Default Open and Edit?

Box: %SystemRoot%\System32\rundll32.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Windows
Photo Gallery\PhotoViewer.dll", ImageView_Edit %1 And the location
of the executable to my favorite *editing* program is C:\Program
Files\ACDSee_FotoCanvas\FotoCanvas3.exe So how would my new String
Dialog Box would look like ? I mean do I keep this in front of the
string %SystemRoot%\System32\rundll32.exe

I find it hard to believe that in this day and age you are saying that
the only way to do this is through the registry. What happened to Vista
being easy to use? This is simply appalling.
