Post subject: Audio with Vista Ultimate Add to elertz Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>vista>hardware_devices (more info?)
I upgraded to Vista Ultimate and now my computer has an error stating "No
Audio Output Installed." My audio worked fine with Vista Home Premium. I
looked under the devices and it says it is installed, even though I can't
play anything with sound. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Go to Device Manager and try uninstalling it, then let Windows
reinstall it.

Thanks for the advice, but unfortunately that did not solve the problem.
