Post subject: Administrative Rights Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>vista>administration_accounts_passwords (more info?)
Had same problem, what I had to do to eliminate was go to registry(regedit)
Hkey_local machine/software/microsoft/windows/policies/system. Then I
changed key value on right pane Enable UA from 1 to zero. rebooted Solved
problem completely
