did you read my post Paul?

MSRP is retail , we as System Builders ,are paying retail?
Anyone can pay retail was my point, I have previously been given OEM
versions of all software for personal use over the years, let alone an Action
Pack version which we paid for yearly use of.

So ,through microsoft ,and this system builder forum the only upgrade is the
public version? I s that correct?

First: this ISN'T a system builder forum. It's a peer-to-peer forum
for ordinary folks, some of which MIGHT be system builders.

I was a bona fied system builder 10 years ago and even though I bought
OEM versions from a wholesaler in 6-packs (maybe it was 10-packs),
they were at MSRP.

The only savings I experienced was that I didn't have to pay sales
tax.
