updating NOD32 problem

Post subject: updating NOD32 problem

hello every one,
few days ago i've installed NOD32 antivirus and every time i try to
update it i get this this messege:

ERROR OCCURED WHILE UPDATING PROGRAM MODULES (CANNOT REPLACE THE
CURRENT FILE, PLEASE THE THE TEMP AND TMP VARIABLES)
so what does this mean? and what should i do to fix it?
please i really need your help, i'v tried to install the antivirus many
times and i even tried other edition of the program, but nothing works!

the drop down menu.

3.) Click the Environmental Variables button at the bottom of the window.

4.) Now make sure that your "Temp" and "TMP" file locations point to a file
location that actually exists on your computer.

Currently NOD 32 is trying to save files to a location that doesn't
actually exist on your computer.

I forgot 2.B) would be to select the "Advanced" tab after selecting
"Properties"... Sorry, Was going too fast and getting ahead of myself.

They probably point to C:\WINDOWS\Temp - If so just create a folder named
"Temp" (without quotes) in your Windows folder, or wherever their locations
are supposed to be at... Done. Or you could change the location to point to
wherever you do keep your TEMP Folder, mine is on D:\TEMP

but there are no such files on the computer, i couldn't find them!

Then create one or both folders.
The first one should be \documents and setttings\<account name>\local
settings\temp. Every account should have its own temporary folder.
