symantec antivirus corporate client virus found

Hello, i have a problem,
we have a comany network with symantec antivir corporate client
installed on all workstations. And now, my computer was not connected
to the network (e.g.Homeoffice) Now after i have connected an private
usb-stick and stupidly a virus was found. Ok, virus was deleted and
computer was scaned with several scan engines and i found that the pc
is clean. But my question is, what can i do that the savc - client
dont send any information about this virus founding to the company
server. I don't want a warning or dissmisal from my employer.
