I have spybot resident running and sometimes I don't
know whether to allow permanently or not when the
question box comes up. Is there a way to erase the
stuff I've said to always allow and start over?

If you open the spybot program from the start menu.
Click on 'tools' on the left hand side.
Click on 'resident'
You will notice the 'install' and 'uninstall' options at the top.
Select all try 'ctrl + a' and then click uninstall.
That is how I do it.
Cheers,
Joel Shannon

I see where it says that if I am running Xp with administrator
account I can "also install or uninstall the blocker here".
However, I don't see anything to click for uninstall.

Log in with the administrator account.
Hit F8 repeatedly while the computer is starting up. and then choose safe
mode.
then choose the administrator login. then try again. hmm? strange.
let me know how that goes

You have me a bit confused here......sounds more like Zone Alarm. I don't
have Spybot running in the background, but I just went in and checked for
what I think you are talking about......now I am not sure, grin. Make sure
you have it set for the Advanced Mode......then go in the various spots and
see if you can find what you need to erase. I just (for instance) checked
off all the cookies that I want to keep on here.
