Anyone else having difficulty accessing the F-Prot server at present? I
have been trying to upgrade the program via the the customer upgrade centre
since yesterday.

Just an FYI, I updated F-Prot yesterday, and checked again around 2 seconds
ago with no problems.

I am now able to update definition files with Updater. However, when I go
to http://subscription.f-prot.com/login/ and try to login to download the
latest version of F-Prot for Windows the connection hangs indefinitely with
no response.
I have reported this to F-Prot Support and await a reply.

F-Prot Support have replied. They admit there is a problem with their
servers and they are looking into it.

I am now able to login and download the latest version of F-Prot. I don't
know if it is a new requirement but now cookies must be enabled before the
download will proceed.
