You can't compare the two as they aren't identical in how they handle
spyware. SpywareBlaster blocks activeX based spyware and cookies from
spyware sites from being installed. It won't scan your system for
spyware. Spy Sweeper compares more with SpyBot S&D, or AdAware. How well
it compares seems to be subjective at the moment.
