That is the System Restore cache and the files found are safe unless you decide to restore
the PC to a previous period when the PC was infected with the Adware MyWay Search Bar.
In short, they can be safely ignored as they will eventually cache-out.
However, if you are paranoid or if you think that you will have to restore the system to a
previous period relative to when you had the MyWay Search Bar you can disable the System
Restore cache, reboot the PC and then re-enable the System Restore cache and then manually
create a new restore point.
