Winfixer is a malware group family name known most notable for malware called WinFixer but
is associated with the Vundo Trojan and the Virtumonde Adware and are all associated with
Amaena.Com

It isnt a popup coming from a browser, but part of the antivir software, on
completion of update it shows you a program screen, which takes up most of
your desktop pimping their paid for products.
