Thanks but condolences are not needed. How about we each use the software
we prefer and be happy? - that's called celebrating diversity which I think
is better than empty criticism. And what about actually getting "on topic"?
The OP asked specifically for comments from people with hands-on experience
with NAV 2009.

do that.
