Well, if it didn't, I wouldn't still be supporting it.

It's why I maintain a mailing list, to keep the userbase that contacts me
informed. I have no real way of knowing how many people use the program,
as it doesn't contact me. I suppose I could take a look at the server
logs and count the downloads, but I really don't have the freetime for
that.
I do try to make an effort to keep people on usenet informed as well, but
alas, as you can see, it doesn't always work as intended.
