A friend running Vista and Outlook has only two of her many friends who
never receive her emails.(Email addresses are correct)
We have had everyting checked by her ISP who also checked one of the
problem recipients machines--no setting problems were found.
I have sent emails to the same two addresses from my machine with no
problem.
I found a program called Bitdefender on the one machine and wondered if
this could be causing the problem.
Your help would be much appreciated.Richard

BitDefender is an anti virus application. Unless it is loading some sort of email scanner
and is blocking the sending of emails, I doubyt it is the cause.

It also comes with a firewall, as in Bit Defender Internet Security
which also has a lot of other email related facilities like antispam and
friends list and spammers list. Might be worth looking into it in more
detail in case that address has been blocked.
