Post subject: Panda AntiVirus? Archived from groups: alt>comp>virus (more info?)
Anybody know much about Panda AntiVirus? I loaded it on my laptop, and now
all but one user account on that machine suddenly can no longer change their
wallpaper, open the recycle bin, change their screensaver, etc, even tho'
they're all "administrator" accounts - any ideas?
