This file is found by Malwarebytes: 51j5p5GI.exe.a_a. It lives is
Windows\system32.
It also periodically appears in my Windows Task Manager - Processes.
When it does, I hear beeping in my speakers.
I can't seem to find anything about it on the Internet. I'm hoping
someone will find this thread and suggest a way for me to remove it
completely. It comes back eventually after Malwarebytes deletes it.

Hello Thumper:
You may wish to send it to:
<http://www.virustotal.com/>
They may be able to tell you more. Please tell us how you progress.

Plaese follow the advice of submitting it to MalwareBytes as well as submitting it to
Virus Total.

Hey, I think I have a problem that's VERY similar.
In the same folder, I have "v2bD6oPk.exe.a_a" and "40WD042J.exe.a_a",
and the .exe files appear to run in Task Manager.
I can't find anything online about them, and they keep being recreated
and re-added to startup as if another program is just making randomly
named programs.
