visio 2003 evalu' error with 4 CAB files

i downloaded the visio 2003 evaluation software for 185MB
when i tried to unzip that installation zip file, 4 files
are found to be error and was not extracted..so i can't
complete the installation..the files
are..I564E01.CAB,IU561401.CAB,V3561403.CAB,YS561401.CAB....
can any one help me, where can i download the 4 error
files?

hello..

download winzip en open the file
sellect all en extract then and then it works
