I have been working on a web page for a while and want to know if Frontpage
has a timer of how long I have spent designing it. Does anyone know?

Only you would know that - FrontPage has no way of knowing such a thing.
All you can do really is note the approximate time you spend on it. e.g.
'started at 9 am, finished at 11:30 am'.

You could use a "time-sheet" type thing if your question is related to how
much time to bill your customers. A timesheet could be as simple as an
Excel spreadsheet, and doesn't have to be anything extravagant.

There used to be an addon for that http://d2stuff.com but the webmaster has
moved on to expression web, you might write him and ask him where you could
obtain it - I think he has a book with a disk that you can get from Amazon
but not sure.

Otherwise there are third party tools that you would have to google for that
do the same job.
