Some shapes and Connectors will not print

Visio 2002/2003 I've tried every possible combination I
can detect to get Visio to print a simple floorplan
drawing. It prints shapes from the left side, but not the
right side. Some of the connectors will not print. I
tried redrawing with new shapes and connectors, it to
page, print to scale, print as shown on page, print
preview (which looks fine) and then print, but always
some of the shapes and connectors are missing.
