I keep getting a server timing out on one of my websites. It just started
recently and after about 4 hours i can finally publish it up. I only changed
2 pages and added one to my site and i keep getting the same message. I went
to my other site and published it in less than a min.

How big is the web site? A large web site may be too big for the server
hardware, server loading and network (internet) connection and timeouts
become common when publishing at peak (server very busy) times.

Breaking the web into subwebs may solve the problem, since each subweb
is published separately and is completely independent of any other
subwebs and the root web. Your host must support subwebs, and using
subwebs will require revising your navigation if you use FrontPage
navigation components.

Download FP Cleaner from http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm and
run the routines that delete the hidden web cache files, and delete the
hidden FrontPage temporary files - this may help.
