Archived from groups: microsoft>public>visio>printing (more info?)

I am having issues with my Panasonic KX-P7110 PCL6
when i print a drawing, in any size, the text on the
drawing prints as unitelligible random characters. I can
print just fine from any other microsoft product, no
matter what type of font I use. It looks to be a problem
with visio and my printer, or just my pc. The printer is
a network priter, that may have something to do with it,
but I am at a loss as to how to deal wiht the problem.

Thank you. I was able to fix the problem by un-clicking
the "Use device fonts" option in printer properties.

Is there any possible problem with my disabling this
option? I have had no problems as of yet.

Again, thank you for your help.
