I have a site in front page 2003 and I need a simple captcha code solution I
can paste into the front page website.

There is no way to simply paste a Captcha code and have it work. It
needs to be serverside code so post back with information about which
serverside language you want to use (will depend on what your host
supports) then somebody will be able to help.
There are also other ways of protecting a form that are almost as
good. Having a hidden field that has no value. A spam robot will fill
it in so just check if it has a value if so, discard it.
Or have a visible field where you in text describes what should be in
it. For instance: "What is 5 + 12? Write the result in the
textfield!".
Then simply check if it has the correct value.
