Post subject: How to print Property data? Archived from groups: microsoft>public>visio>troubleshoot (more info?)
I have a diagram of my network with all of the options for each server under
properties (IP address, server name, etc...). I'm able to print the diagram,
but how can I print the data that goes with each server as well?

If you want to see the data adjacent to each shape then use the Custom
Callouts at the bottom of the Viso Extra/Callouts stencil.
Otherwise use Tools / Reports
