Hi,

Does anyone know of a way to print only a section of a drawing? Most CAD
programs allow you to draw a window or fence around a portion of a drawing
and print just that. How can you do that in Visio?

Two methods:

1. Buy Visio 2003 and Print... > View
2. In non- Visio 2003:
- Copy the whole drawing.
- Paste Special > As Metafile in a new drawing
- Use the crop tool to clip off the unwanted edges of the drawing object
- Resize the cropped object to fit the page
