Off-page referance not working in Visio viewer

Thanks for your responce James,

I figured it out eventually, there was a couple of issues, all of which i
have found fixes for. One issue was the / is an illegal character in visio
viewer but not in visio itself (which in itself is odd) and the other was the
for some reason some pages were set in the background and were required to be
changed to foreground to allow for the hyperlinks to work correctly.

IE7 also has it's own set of issues when saving to HTML and the fix for that
can be found at
