migrating MS Access to MySql Server

JET will never be supported on X64 natively. It's a known feature.
It's not a bug-- X64-- the future-- doesn't support JET because JET is
obsolete.

Windows Server 2008 and Windows Vista were supposed to be the last OS
that had a 32 bit version.
Do the math.

Yet another symptom that JET is dead and anyone using it should learn
a real DB.
JET has no place in the world-- except in the history books.

I thought were were talking about Jet, and you don't need ODBC to
connect to a Jet database.

Get back to us when you're sure, and provide URLs that document the
problems. And if you actually want to make your point, provide some
documentation that *Jet* doesn't work -- ODBC is completely
irrelevant.

Until that point, you've demonstrated nothing at all but your
ability to post useless blather (not that we needed any more
evidence of *that*).

How large is your database in terms of MB and the number of records in
the largest tables? Do you have proper indexes on the tables for the
various searching and filtering fields?
