Just wondering if there was any way to give text in publisher 2007 an outer
glow or fuzzyness

I downloaded this and when I went to open it it said the file was corrupt
(something missing) and try downloading it again.
I'm going to do that now.
It was download.com I got it from, I'll try the other one.
