Post subject: inserting text without losing old text Archived from groups: microsoft>public>publisher (more info?)
I have a phone directory. Adding text on one page makes me lose a name and
address. Where does it go? Is there a simple way to add a new name and to
make all the names that come after just jump down to next text box?

If the text boxes are linked, the text should flow down.
