Archived from groups: microsoft>public>frontpage>programming (more info?)

The form I create looks like it mails but doesn't show up in the in box when
posted from the internet. I've tried it linking only the "submit" button and
linking every field but it doesn't matter

Has the forms to email transport in the FP server extensions been configured
by your host?

The <form> tag itself should be what is linked -

<form action='mailto:you@example.com'....

Be aware that this is not a very reliable way to manage form data.
