I am not certain what you mean by encrypted I am guessing unreadable. If this
is the case you may want to verify you have the proper printer driver for
your operating system and printer. You could also test using another printer
or a basic printer driver included with the operating system. Without more
details about your issue such as printer model, driver version, operating
system and service level of Visio there is not much I can tell you.

The text may appear to be gobbledygook, not encrypted though.
1. menu Tools -> Options
in the View display options section, check the value of "Greek text
under", it's nothing to do with Greek at all but a print size below
which the display will just show an approximation of the text, set it
to 0, see what that does.

2. Rather than print try to save as an image file, GIF or EMF or PNG
would be ideal. Does the text still look like rubbish?
