Post subject: colour of the scollbars

I have seen websites where the colour of the scrollbars blends in with the
backrgound. How can I do this?

It's not worth the effort to implement this (cheesy) effect that is visible
only in IE/PC. No other browser on any other platform will show it....

It is done with .css and only shows in some versions of IE. If you wish to
use it... here's a page that would help you to generate the code:
