Post subject: bckup using ntbackup Archived from groups: microsoft>public>visual>sourcesafe (more info?)
can someone please please step me on how to do a visual source safe 2005
backup using ntbackup every thing I goggle dose not example anything other
just do I backup.
Do I backup my entire c: drive will that work? or is there some special I
need to do ?

No, you don't have to backup your entire C: partition. SourceSafe
stores all the information in a folder structure underneath the folder
that contains your VSS database. All you need to do is backup that
folder structure. You can also use the built-into SourceSafe Archive
functionality (Visual SourceSafe Administrator's main menu).
