Post subject: Zoom & Pan Window

Somehop I have managed to loose the pin icon on this this particular
toolbar.
Consequently I cannot pin the toolbar to the side of the page area.

If there is no pin visible then it is not positioned correctly in a
pinnable position. Move the window to the edge of the main window and
the pin will appear when you drop the window.
