I think it's because of the "shopping cart" that they're using.
You can allow one download or allow multiple downloads (you can set the
number).
I'll bet they've got it set as a single download so they're less likely to
get ripped off by people passing the URL of the download file around to
their friends.
I know Mike (the guy who owns the program you bought) just contact him and
He'll straighten it right out for you guaranteed.

The problem was solved. It appeared that the newest version which was
purhased was not changd and name correctly.
