Running Visio 2003 standard on WindowsXP Pro. When I print a simple flow
chart diagram, that has text in boxes and on connectors, the some of the
text loses pixels (a vertical row on the right side of the text). There is
a pattern to this but it is hard to describe.
I've tried this on several printers and it does not make a difference (Xerox
Phaser 8400, HP LJ2100, HP Officejet 5510); tried several resolutions; tried
downloading softfonts - Nothing works.
I've even "printed" it through Adobe Distiller to make a PDF and the flaws
appear in the PDF.

I had the same problem on the Phaser 8200. Try the new
Xerox walkup driver on there web site. It fixed my
problem. Good Luck!
